Background: Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) is a common disease in elderly population, which could cause serious back pain and has substantial impact on patients’ health-related quality of life (HRQoL). The aim this study was to identify the effect Teriparatide as conservative treatment reducing pain, improving for postmenopausal women with osteoporotic fractures.
